Rule 10
Notification required to change nature or purpose of business
(1) A registered person shall notify the concerned tax officer fifteen days before changing the nature or purpose of his business.
(2) After receiving the notification as per sub-rule (1), the relevant tax officer shall change the nature or purpose of the business of the registered person and inform the registered person accordingly.
